Installation Instructions

Quick installation with minimal operational downtime

Area Preparation

Cut concrete on both sides of the damaged joint. Remove degraded concrete to a depth of 20–25 mm. Clean thoroughly with industrial vacuum.

Priming

Apply an epoxy primer recommended by the mortar manufacturer. Respect the primer reaction time.

Mortar Bed

Apply a layer of epoxy mortar, position the Safe Floor Repair device and align flush with the existing floor. Verify flatness.

Mechanical Fixing

After epoxy mortar hardens: dismantle upper faces, drill holes (6.5 mm bit), insert self-tapping screws, reassemble.

Final Result

Flat surface, shock and vibration-free passage, joint edge protection, safe and durable operation.
